Serious progress toward the Map Editor

These past three days have allowed me to make some serious progress toward the Threat Level Red Map Editor tool. As it stands, the map editor allows for the creation of a height field and the painting of the heightfield from a pallete of textures. Although the seams and map cells are clearly evident, they will disappear as I head toward a full texture splatting implementation. I will keep everyone posted on the progress I make toward this goal. Here is a screenshot of what the map editor looks like so far.
