Wow. Its not often you hear about someone who discards a prosperous NFL career to become a soldier. The country before 1940 used to be filled with us great Americans who were ever ready to sacrifice everything who the country we love. Now, where have all the heroes gone? Captain Tillman is a shining example of how such Americans are indeed left, but unfortunately not many remain.

Lets not forget about these great people who understood the cost of freedom, while the majority of his countrymen cower in fear and ignorance. Thank you, Capt. Tillman, we will never forget you.
