IBM Sucks!

I still remember when I finally met some recruiters from IBM who were visiting FIU. These guys were exactly as they were protrayed in the movie "Pirates of Silicon Valley." There first impression of me was probably of disgust because they made it quite clear that they assumed I was an idiot. They did not even ask me for my resume as they did with every other programmer that waltz right through the door.
When they finally gave me the respect I deserved as a member of the human race. Their attitude switched like a light bulb when they saw my achievements. For a company whose idea of innovation is to move nearly 5,000 programming jobs offshore you cannot be surprised.
